Fighting gravity is exactly what we each do whenever we push our body to move explosively, under our control. The 100G workout is all about teaching muscles to work under extreme load. This makes the bodyweight we carry 'lighter', our moves faster and our muscles stronger. As a difficulty level IV workout this one is not for beginners but don't let it slip off your radar. You will want to try it at least once at some point.
