DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Seated Warrior is an upper body workout that helps you maintain your coordination, cardiovascular and aerobic health and overall neural capability, while seated. This is an excellent workout for fitness with a number of cross-over skills, being challenged. Apply EC and you're good to go.   
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
